Pros
Enjoy working with people in my department. Extremely busy, which helps time fly by.
Cons
CEO and upper-managment believe the physicians walk on water. They give new providers 30k sign-on bonuses but have not given their employees raises in over three years. Let me just remind you that it's the little people here that make your clinics run, the providers just see the patients for a few minutes and write them a perscriptions. The MA's, LPN's, Nurses do the real work. The billers, receptions, clinic managers etc... keep the office running smoothly. There is also very little room for growth. Someone either has to leave their position or you have to move to a new department.
