Cons
Toxic environment; unsafe work place that effected our physical, mental and spiritual well being; manipulative and untrustworthy clinical directors; rude, inept accounting staff who do not understand the work or communities.
A mentally ill man physically threatened his former board members to consolidate power to himself and then appointed himself ED. There is an extremely hostile work environment. Twenty one people left the CHAA Oakland office within one month. Look up the restraining orders and requests for restraining orders against the current ED at the Alameda County Courthouse.
