CHAA is a wonderful place to work for many reasons: - The staff and supervisors are incredibly supportive! - It is a flexible work environment. CHAA really cares about its employees doing the work they are passionate about. - They are serious about self-care here and truly support employees in taking time to take care of themselves.

Literally no cons that I can think of. It is unfortunate that former disgruntled employees come on this app to vent! As a current employee, I truly could not be happier.

The staff that do the work at CHAA are amazing. I learned so much from them. They truly care for the clients and the agency. I stayed for a long time because I love my colleagues and the work we did. I am still in touch with many of them and they are important people to me.

I left because of the Executive Director. He has very toxic management and people skills. To compensate for that, he has maneuvered things so he has all the power and no accountability to anyone. He is both the Executive Director (ED) and Board President. I had to accept that as long as he had those roles, I would not be able to truly support and grow CHAA.
