      Pros

      Site team and resident dynamic. A great company if you keep your mouth shut, have zero expectations, like broken promises, and drink the kool aid.

      Cons

      Anything to do with the company. Industry establishment. Asset valuation. Legal compliance. Salary inequality. Unrealistic goals. Volatile, retaliatory and aggressive leadership. No budget and they don’t pay bills or vendors. Huge employee turnover.

      Decent hard working clients that deserved more

      Cons

      Neglected buildings that tennants had to deal with. Management who funneled money to themselves through "contractors" that never completed the jobs they were hired for. And was fired for bringing it to their attention

      none literally a cut throat company no true understandin of how a business should run.

      Cons

      everything from being left out to unrealistic expectations, they will lie to cover their own tracks.
