Pay is good due to everyone receiving combat pay due to a terrible culture, disconnected board and leadership.

-Benefits are expensive -Micromanagement is the only form of management in practice. - Sheila Stratton, COO and Dorsey Hall, CEO are truly some of the most unprofessional and unkind humans. They expect employees to give more than what is expected and then criticize for still not doing enough or work product slipping due to being spread too thin. - Zero work/life balance. If you are not married and do not have kids, this might be a fit for you.
