-Although management tries to work with staff to minimize excessive hours, there is so much work to be done that staff often feel compelled to work beyond required hours
-Lack of communication between management and staff that can cause staff to feel unheard or unimportant
-Inadequate supervision in some departments leading to inability to accurately evaluate and assess staff performance and provide evidence supporting raises and promotions
-As with most nonprofits, staff is often asked and expected to fill multiple roles/ positions in the organization- since organization is growing, management is working to hire staff to meet growing organizational needs
