- Beautiful location and facility - Generally positive customer interactions
Cons
- I was frequently given tasks unrelated to my job description - It was extremely difficult to get time off without requesting it within the first week there - Most managers were condescending and prone to favoritism - No lunch breaks most days - Poor communication between departments, with frequent gossip and competition over resources - Office culture centered around assigning blame - Short staffed events resulting in 1 employee responsible for overseeing, closing, and cleaning after large late-night events
