Pros
Great community of employees, all of which are very passionate about what they do. Loved getting to spend the summer outdoors and helping members of the community enjoy the lake.
Cons
Hours were not the most flexible, and it was difficult to get days off if you didn't request them at the beginning of the season. Also was common to seem understaffed with the amount of patrons coming in.

Pros
Great outdoor summer job, working with other college aged people in a great city. You get to sail and boat as much as you want.
Cons
Facilities are minimal...they're in the process of upgrading but no set date.
