Management has no clue how to run an office, hance high turnover

Their aged care service is running in deficit and to recover that they have hired new management. The new management has no idea how to run an office or how to respect employees. They go through restructure every year and they hire and redundant employees yearly. They are not loyal to their employee hance many of the long term employees leaves. In aged care team, ACT, within few months they have hired and fired around 10 people. The new management does not like anyone who challenges/questions her idea as a result there are lots of dissatisfaction around the workplace. One of my college has been made redundant from their job saying her post is no longer needed and once she left, her post has been readvised. The support workers always struggles to keep up with the changes. Okay for short time employment or for work placement- not good for expert or ambitious employees
