      Pros

      The friends I've made because misery loves company. There is some joy in being able to trauma bond with your coworkers.

      Cons

      This place is TOXIC. If you want to burnout and hate your life then this is the place for you! Every single bad thing you can think of that you wouldn't want in management they've got it all here for you! Micromanaging - check!, Toxic Culture - check!, Unapproachable - check!, Negative - check!, Takes credit for your work - check!, Bully - check!...I could go on but you get the point. Avoid at all costs! It will suck the life out of you!

      Working fully remote, saves time

      Cons

      There is no structure, random hiring with no planning, they fire you on the spot with no prior warnings (no fault of your own)! Minimum pay Senior Management doesn't listen yet they say they "do"

      Overworked, underpaid, lack of transparency, takes staff for granted, staff constant fear of termination. Only want staff that never speak up.
