Good Work/Life balance, questionable management
Pros
Great for flexibility whilst on jobs. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Staff can refuse work if not comfortable. A change in clients often.
Cons
There seems to be a lack of communication in the head office, they often mess up appointments and there is a lack of consistency when seeing clients, the clients complain often that their needs are not met and that the office will not listen to them or give them workers they request. Large downfall is that if you are guarenteed 15 hours work a week as part time, you have to provide them with 30 hours a week to book clients in. This means there can be large gaps between services. Full time requires 60 hours with only 30 hours guaranteed. You can only get weekends if you are full time. Many staff leave before the first 6 months.
