      Pros

      Decent healthcare. That could even be better.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, micromanage, inflexible hours and blackout dates. They not only have two programs to watch your keystrokes, but they will also remotely watch your screen to make sure you are using all your screens. Non-compliant in the billing/coding world. Poor training. Overtime is very wonky.

      Pros

      People were Ok. Company was small so you got to know everyone well.

      Cons

      Went through several layoffs. and when things looked up, Did not replace people, worked everyone twice as hard. Everyone was very catty. always worried about everyone else's business. Company Moral was never high.
