      Good people to work with throughout the organization.

      Cons

      Management is very tight and strict. Words are often misconstrued and used against you. Choose your words carefully. Sometimes the parent organization forgets that this is a blue collar industry, no matter how you dress it up.

      Pretty Good Pay (If you aren't a Temp) Exciting atmosphere Everyday is pretty different Plenty of Breaks

      Cons

      If on assembly line, can get pretty monotonous. MANY of the parts that were worked on were pretty late, 1-2 weeks behind schedule was common Not all machines were new and some broke down pretty frequently
