      Pros

      The team has constant meetings during the morning and before going home. Internal training lets you learn new knowledge that helps your job.

      Cons

      Everyone has to present a related topic or teach others new technology every once in a while for Internal training even when there is no more topic to talk about, you still have to bring something and prepare to be roasted.

      Great company/Colleagues, but not very systematize

      Great colleagues, or more like family or friends. This is small company and you can learn from each department and gain experience. You also will learn experience in Excel and Powerpoint.

      Cons

      Not a very good systematize company, but more like free run company. You have to be some what experience or otherwise you can't learn from training. Always waste time in meeting and report
