Pros
Friendly coworkers, always eating food, "flexible hours", benefits are great, you are actually helping people.
Cons
Not so flexible hours, Universal leave(accumulates 5.26 hours every two weeks), certain supervisors are overbearing and don't give credit where credit is due

Consistent hours, generally friendly staff.
Cons
If you have to be an MHA, you will have to take care of group therapy, which has no guidelines for curriculum (at least at the Garden City location). The title does not have the experience required to adequately care for and provide qualified, professional group therapy to individuals. You will be asked to provide invoices filled with colored words and jargon to give insurance a reason to bill someone for substandard, unqualified mental health care.
