      Pros

      Supportive, engaging, large budget, rewarding feeling after shifts. Very understanding management who are willing to work with you on your weaknesses and provide helpful hands and ideas!

      Cons

      Large class sizes but with the right fit of teachers is very managable. They definitely have the space to accommodate the children.

      I've worked here for 6 years and there is no place like Compass. The management is incredible, with hearts of gold.

      Pros

      I can truly say the owners invest in their employees and the company! They truly care and have a passion about the success of there staff, families and children that attend all of the Compass Child Care locations. Going to work feels like my second home and that we all have the same purpose for the children, to be confident, happy to come to school and be fully prepared for their next stage, kindergarten. I feel so honored to be apart of such a wonderful company.
