      Culture shift has dampened passion and growth opportunities

      Pros

      The culture was what originally drew me to Compass, and what has sustained me over the years. I love the team I'm apart of it

      Cons

      Culture has changed due to restructures. I feel like I'm no longer growing, and outside of the people I work with, there are times where I don't feel passionate about my work anymore. And I think the culture and recent decisions have contributed to that.

      Nothing I noticed during my employment.

      Cons

      Low Salary. One of the worst HR teams ever. Directions change quite often. If the management ever say that they will sponsor for visa, run away! It means low salary with more work for years until they say they can't do it anymore.(It was a common theme I heard from other employees within the company)

      Pros

      People at Compass live and breath doing right by our schools and users - it’s a great purpose. The people are nice, driven and smart. Recent acquisitions add a great deal of strength to the product, again helping schools. Large growth opportunity

      Cons

      Office is old but apparently a new one coming 2026 for Melbourne. Need more social events. Pay overall slightly below market
