Pros
The culture was what originally drew me to Compass, and what has sustained me over the years. I love the team I'm apart of it
Cons
Culture has changed due to restructures. I feel like I'm no longer growing, and outside of the people I work with, there are times where I don't feel passionate about my work anymore. And I think the culture and recent decisions have contributed to that.
