Compass health agency is the worst company I ever worked for. this is a scam, scam, scammer company. They stole $1,200 from me. I do not know where to begin. It’s not a W-2 or commission base job.  It’s a W-4; which basically you not working hourly; but they forced you to work more than 10 hours with just a 30 mins break. In the month of November 2022, they ONLY paid agents last than $200. They stated that the sales will show up in DECEMBER 1st check. However, they promise the agent would make between $4,000-$5,000 per pay period, ALL LIES!!!!!!!!!! This is how the lead’s system works. They scammed customers by saying that will receive $540 and up can be used on Groceries rent assistance and extra cash monthly if they don’t use it on their health insurance. EVERY call I got was from people calling for free money. When customers realize that it was just health insurance they hung up. How can an agent make $4,000-$5,000 a month when the Compass marketing system is a scam? It is extremely hard to make 10 sales a day. When I started, I was told it was $20 per sale. An application with DOCS is $10 a sale. Then when I start training it’s $5 per sale with no SSN. Managers are so dumb. Training sucks!!!! Managers are puppets and are trained to use agents as if they are Puppets. The worst part is that the contract states they have the right to keep ALL your earnings! Imagine as an agent that you worked so hard for your sales just to give the money away. Knowing that you are NOT hourly. By the way, they NEVER pay on time. Per their contract agents are supposed to get paid on the 1st and 15th. However, ALL lies we didn’t get paid until the 2nd and 16th and sometimes 3 days later. Stay away from This company. They are part of True Coverage.

Lack of proper training. Management does not know what they are doing, They also write a fake review about themsleves when they hire somebody.They also will promise promotions in the future that never come to pass
