Needs more structure and direction. It’s unknown who is truly “in charge” since it always seem to be “someone else’s job”. No fairness between the colleagues in who is recognized for good work. There is a lack of holding others accountable for bad behavior.

No work life balance High turnover Caseload varies, usually 15-18 people that need to be seen weekly Patients are sometimes scattered throughout the valley with drive times of 20-30 minutes Low pay, low raises No 401k match High insurance premiums High copay Hard to find places that take our insurance Management disconnect with field staff Poor communication regarding changes Hard to get a hold of supervisors Primary focus is on maximizing profit Low key racism No appreciation for field staff other than "thank you for all that you do" emails
