As a new graduate, this job offered me a good deal of perspective on the career in a flexible environment. The company grew fast and dealt with some hardships, but executive management remained caring and supportive throughout.

Could tidy up organization within the company.

Decent upfront pay but two weeks off for sick time, vacation and insurance is not that great
Cons
Common for people’s checks to bounce, they use iPads for clients to put information on, but there’s personal information on it (literally, I found someone’s w2), communication is lacking, people are doing the work of multiple, concerns go unheard, they have issues with billing on the companies end, yet they require patients to put their credit card on file. Management was not good. It seems like the company started out wanting to be good but failed.
