Pros
InterMarket Technology, Inc. is a small company and CS does payroll for them so when you have an emergency or anything where you need some personal time, everyone understands which is great. People here are nice to work with and everyone is very close.
Cons
Everyone is doing too much, not enough staff here. Company is very small so the owner is very hands on and does micro-manage often. You have to have everything checked over by the owner and completing tasks takes too long because of the micro-management aspect. There is no trust even with such a small staff of people.
