Not much presents of a Union so it’s good for them.

Cons

Too much retention- constantly recruiting and getting nowhere. Nobody aware of our work. You can get AP higher but no other grade in there can get higher salary because open competitions take place for AP higher unlike other public/civil organisations. Dodgy recruiting you interview for a job and placed on a order of merit and then they can go back and look at your CV and not offer you a role?

Great place to work, progressive environment. The work makes a difference to society and you feel that in the environment. Good benefits such as building up additional leave (up to one day per month).

Cons

Salary is hard to adjust to if moving from the private sector.
