Pros

Coming from a white collar background I did not know what to expect working in a growing industry like this one. I’m pleased to say that I was pleasantly surprised. This really is a family environment that values, and believes in their employees. They give you expert level training and every chance to succeed. Anyone with a winners mentality can make a great living here. After spending time with management, I was bought in from the beginning. I only saw one or two new inspectors fail in my half decade of working here. It’s usually the guys who think they know everything and refuse to buy in, so they never grow their own role passed the training phase. If you absorb and execute after your paid training, you will never have a bad day of work again. If you have the chance to work here, take it!

Cons

Can’t think of any at the moment

Pros

Management emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and customer service. GM very approachable and available to assist in development. Your teammates are ready to assist and you will always be enhancing your communication and inspection skills as you engage with home and business owners. Critical thinking, physical fitness, and a solution-focused mindset will carry you far.

Cons

There is a definite learning curve as home designs, animal intrusions, and related challenges are rarely the same -but there is a process to it. Do not be a passive student - push hard on the front end as a student. Like all field sales, you will be told "no" at times, you will have lulls, and you will be stretched mentally and physically, but you must stretch yourself and grow professionally. When given a small project, ask for referrals. Use downtime for social media marketing, door hanging, or call back customers "still thinking about it".

Pros

I’ve enjoyed all of the almost 5 years I’ve been with the company. Bryan Swanson the owner gave me a shot with Complete when I was at tough point in my life, and it has been the greatest work experience I’ve ever had. Best coworkers, managers, and boss I could ever ask for. Very family friendly work environment.

Cons

No cons from me. I love my job.
