Cons
Management cuts corners with employees wages. Vacations and time off are not tracked like they should be and the owner is very vindictive in the way he disciplines his employees. The owner will eventually sell out to a bigger long term care pharmacy vendor and layoff and fire his employees until he opens another pharmacy up under another name.
