Staff, schedule, flexibility, not working with the public

Taking call, nights and weekends

Quit work place, busy a lot of the time, challenging work, some good people to work with.

Quit work place mostly because there is no direction. Busy a lot of the time trying to get the manager to give you the right work to do, Challenging because the manager / supervisor does not know what your working on because (He or she) does not understand it. Oh and to make it even better (His or her) management style is by intimidation with no direction.
