Pros

I enjoyed the other agents. I am enjoying watching their downfall as a company. I am enjoying the carriers that are calling me to get the low down on what is going on with this place as well and i am telling them everything. Good move by them. Respect. You get a couple of unfiltered dollars a week for your time and it wont cover much

Cons

Failed to pay any promised commission within the first 90 days there. Unit changed names 4 times in 90 days. Crazy micromanagement. manager that had meetings everyday twice a day. Locked out of our emails. Fraudulant calls generated from ads promising 900 month for doing nothing to our seniors. Switching plans just for the commission but not the benefit of our seniors. Zoom daily must show face and if its not to their standards a rude comment will ensue from a manager, it was basically hostile with one favorite getting all of the good leads. They butt in rudely on your calls when desperate for you to scam a senior. They want to know why your taking anytime off and if its unlimited unpaid time off why do they need all that? Also they are a religious pack and are offended if your not that way. Thats why they are structured the way they are so they can get away with that.

Pros

DO NOT WORK FOR THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE

Cons

They took over $2000 from me and never explained it to me. I asked repeatedly and even sent proof that the money was mine, but they said nothing. When I was finally tired of it and found a new job, they did not give me my final paycheck

Pros

The only pro are the agents that join this company to earn a living .

Cons

The leads are fraudulent. Tricking seniors into calling for a $900 food card, which there is no such thing. Then agent is told to switch the senior's current plan to get the enrollment for the company that is not conducive to the beneficiary's well-being. Also, they will hold an agent's earned pay. Once you decide to leave, they will hold your release unlawfully.Beware of working for this company. There are many other bonafide companies you can work for that will treat and pay better.
