Very incompetent c suite. COO has no business being in any management role, much less COO. Doesnt give you any training and feeds you to the wolves. They are CHEAP and will pay you HORRIBLY for the amount of work youre doing. They will try to get by with giving you the minimal amount of supplies and staff which makes you doomed to fail. I have no idea how they are still in operation

Management and leadership. Plays favorites, overworks employees , delegates tasks to shared services that is management or markets responsibility. Disorganized and all over the place. Expect shared services members to do 100 things at once then get on you when not completed. Not very transparent about job responsibilities, push “sales” on employees when it is not a sales position.
