The people at CSi are hands down what makes CSi a great company. Everyone is extremely intelligent, hard-working, and above all else, friendly. Individuals are given a great deal of autonomy and are empowered to make decisions based on their expertise without needing upper management approval. As a current employee of CSi, the thing I love most about the company besides the people, is that no two days are the same. You are always presented with new and exciting challenges that require critical thinking and collaboration with all functional groups within the organization. The fact that the company is in the unique space of legal compliance, banking, and technology brings people from all backgrounds together to achieve a common goal and old and new employees alike are learning something new each day. I have called CSi my home for almost 5 years and plan to make it where I stay for the remainder of my career.
