good work life balance with remote work it used to be a great company when Mitch was CEO!
Cons
No 401k match, they got rid of bonuses and do terrible raises now. They cut maternity leave with no announcement. They have little respect for women. There are crazy huge egos working here, people yell at each other and say rude things and management does nothing. Company culture is non existent, you can tell people are just there for the paycheck now,
