      Pros

      The people and the work is very good. What's best of all is that the culture is shaped by the people not just the top brass. There is an intentional effort to listen to the staff and implement changes based on what they have said. Also very good at developing you and giving you opportunities outside your day job if you want it.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that it's a relatively new company, changes comes often and fast. Most times the change is good but if you want somewhere that is very settled and policies are being refined and tweaked then this place is not for you.
