Honestly the worst work environment I’ve ever experienced. No leadership or direction, no communication, berated daily; no care for your well being. Hours are very long with little reward.

no guidance from the Management, totally absent. No structure and organization in the company. No Company guidelines in writing, all it was verbally decided according to the mood of the Management. A toxic environment filled with daily drama, where professionalism is a mere concept. UK and local Management is useless and dishonest, and workmates are gossipy, watching Youtube videos and causing drama. NO COMMUNICATION INTERNALLY, a lack of structure and professionalism, and a lot of mobbing action going on.
