      Pros

      Great patients who deserve better than they get here.

      Cons

      TOXIC MANAGEMENT - they do not know the field at all and so abuse their staff as well as the patients they are supposed to care for to get "their bonuses". Be assured they will get their vacations but you won't. All they do is brown-nose the RD (who ran nursing homes)!!!

      Pros

      Early hours- gives lots of free time after work. Worked 5:30-1 roughly. Could leave work as soon as everything was done.

      Cons

      Very cheap, had to bring in my own gloves, and masks. Not a lot of support as a nurse.

      The non-managerial staff are nice.

      Cons

      Retaliation is standard operating procedure—speak up and you’re a target. Management prioritizes covering themselves over protecting patients. HIPAA violations are ignored unless they become inconvenient. No training, no support, just blame when things go wrong.
