      The non-managerial staff are nice.

      Cons

      Retaliation is standard operating procedure—speak up and you’re a target. Management prioritizes covering themselves over protecting patients. HIPAA violations are ignored unless they become inconvenient. No training, no support, just blame when things go wrong.

      Off work early in the day.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between staff. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Coworkers will stab you in the back. Absolutely toxic work environment.
