Food all the time from reps !
Cons
Harassment, toxic, bullying!! Ruin one's self confidence!! Terrible environment. Employee gets away with harassing other employees mean while managers watches it all go on and does nothing about it!!

You are mostly left alone to do your job and treated like an actual competent adult who doesn't need to be micromanaged. Flexible start time and very chill about being flexible with letting you leave early as long as you make up the time.
Cons
Grant funded, so no job security in this role.
