      Pros

      MD is down to earth and very approachable. He is a great listener and really takes on feedback. The team is really great and will support the cause and clients as much as possible.

      Cons

      Not really a con but more of an awareness - at times you will have to negotiate time with BAU resources who already have competing priorities.

      Pros

      I'm working on a range of projects for clients in mining, retail, and professional services across networks, Wi-Fi, backup and DR, telecommunications. The variety is great. Very professional team. Makes a big difference when you can rely on the people aroud you.

      Cons

      COVID has killed off travelling to remote sites. Means some of the work is slower and harder to get done. Next year will be better, I hope.

      Pros

      They trained me to fill knowledge gaps and they were patient as I learned the ropes. This was my first proper job after uni. I learned everything I could and then moved on. They spend money on their employees and the team leader really cares. Nobody ever yells even when things get serious - that was really noticeable.

      Cons

      Traveling into the city every day, especially with the COVID threat! I wished they had a suburban office or a carpark for all employees
