I was at Comtec for a fixed period of 6 weeks. Working remotely, the entire Comtec team made me feel very welcome, and they all really tried to integrate me into the team, despite the COVID-induced circumstances. Being relatively new to the translation industry, I was encouraged to attend business development/project manager meetings in order to boost my understanding of the source-to-translation process. On top of this, senior members of staff were always readily available if I had any general queries and/or technical issues. Above all else, I was extremely impressed by the whole team's work ethic, not to mention their team spirit and the support network in place. I would highly recommend Comtec Translations to any colleague or friend.

I have worked at Comtec for around 2 years. From day one I was made to feel very welcome and one of the strongest aspects of the company is how the whole team pulls in the same direction. They're a lovely bunch and a colleague will always be there to help and support. Management are always visible and lead from the front. Comtec is a company in the mold of those in leadership and this drives the company forwards. This great energy runs through the whole team. You also get to work with an interesting and varied client base. There is a big focus on delivering excellent customer service at every opportunity - something that is not always the case in the translation industry - and this shines through in the relationships that you get to build with your clients. It means you can make a real, long-term difference and get great satisfaction from your job. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Comtec. The speed at which my first 2 years has passed says it all!
