Great staff but dangerous and poorly managed program

Decent hours, great staff I work with.

Cons

Low wage for the position I play. Dangerous clients that the program does nothing with. There's clients that should be in a mental facility and not supportive housing. This company won't satisfied till they have lawsuit due to one of these weapon wielding clients hurts or kills one of the staff or another resident for that matter. No mandatory drug counseling. Building is a drug den. Drud addicts and dealers. Horrible environmentq

Great experience for beginners to gain knowledge of real-world social service scenarios.

Cons

Promotion or salary increases are almost nonexistent. Program leads are for the company and not the clients they serve. Most of the program leads are there for the position title and not the social change.
