Great staff but dangerous and poorly managed program - Anonymous Employee Comunilife Employee Review

Low wage for the position I play. Dangerous clients that the program does nothing with. There's clients that should be in a mental facility and not supportive housing. This company won't satisfied till they have lawsuit due to one of these weapon wielding clients hurts or kills one of the staff or another resident for that matter. No mandatory drug counseling. Building is a drug den. Drud addicts and dealers. Horrible environmentq
