No need for motivation nor education, this company does not tolerate the SMART. The director is a joke not only is he a board members play on a sense of humor. but the thought that the man actual run a department leaves to question why ? The placement and program with policy are a mess. everyone is in fear of case management. The more you know the less you want to work here. if your in school. this is not the place to stop. keep looking. upper management does not like change or even the mention of it. also they do not like to work so don't bother mentioning things that you see or even think about changing or solutions to resolve. those are no no's
