Pros
I have been working here for just over 10 years. So I probably will be one of the best people that can tell you what this organization is about. First of all, over those years, I have seen people come and go for a variety of reasons. Many of them are good people that left for personal reasons. Many of them are still our friends. I love the work ethic, and I love the opportunities that I’ve been given over the years. From what I’ve seen over the years, the way executives manage the team is very fair. They look for ethical and honest work. They appreciate employees that take care of the clients, and they also appreciate employees that make sure that the company is moving forward. While many people left the company for a variety of legitimate personal reasons, let me tell you who didn’t work out in the past 10 years and perhaps they are the ones that are writing some of these reviews. 1.) Lazy people that didn’t want to work. 2.) People with entitlement issues 3.) People that don’t like a straightforward conversation 4.) People who walk in with their own agendas and conflict with our goals as a team. This company in my 10 years experience have been built by having professional straightforward conversation with people. There is no beating around the bush here. As a member of the team, I find that some of the new employees are overly sensitive and emotionally fragile. That’s why they don’t make it here, because it’s a straightforward, professional environment. My advice, if you’re overly sensitive, is don’t work here. The people that say bad things about the company are typically those who have been dismissed for lack of performance or for not fitting with the company standards. After all the years working here, I understand that we cannot keep low performers. I also understand that they’ll be upset, and some will want revenge by writing bad reviews and make up things, which you see in here. I also believe that disgruntled employees writing fake reviews exist in every company, not just ours. No, I am not saying that the company is perfect, because any growth company will have some difficulties and challenges. I myself have faced some of those challenges. However, if you look at the totality of what I see everyday, it is clear that it was all for the good. I intend to be here for as long as I can foresee. Great environment, nice people, straightforward feedback, great potential to grow, innovative company, company that’s going somewhere.
Cons
Growth is difficult. It requires hard work. Sometimes I have to make some sacrifices in terms of my time. It’s not always the most pleasant thing to be told the facts, but in the end, I appreciate the honesty and I’ve always had a two-way street to put my views forward to management.
