      Founder is completely unresponsive, and never paid out my commission. Ghosted me after I quit because I never received my pay

We take employee compensation very seriously, and our records indicate that all earned commissions were paid according to the applicable compensation plan.       Incredible team, product, and customers

      Pros

      - great product: notable brands are our customers, incredible momentum, impressive revenue - startup perks: speed, autonomy, ownership, immediate impact - *actually competitive* pay and equity One of the biggest perks is leadership; there is no red tape and you're trusted to do the job you were hired to do.

      Cons

      Area of opp: infra for scale (documentation, streamlined processes, etc.) - but this is standard in a Series A startup, not to mention a fun challenge. Will be interesting to see how the in-office culture evolves as we scale.
