One of the biggest perks is leadership; there is no red tape and you're trusted to do the job you were hired to do.
Cons
Area of opp: infra for scale (documentation, streamlined processes, etc.) - but this is standard in a Series A startup, not to mention a fun challenge.
Will be interesting to see how the in-office culture evolves as we scale.
