Pros

Great employee engagement, training, ethics, and real values. A very modern approach to corporate life, where every employee matters ans has input into the direction of the company.

Cons

Still low on diversity at senior levels but this is being addressed and I appreciate the fact this is not being brushed under the carpet.

If u get on within line manager he dictates your contract and salary and benefits

Cons

If you dont get on with line manager u have no chance of getting any benefits or career progression. Shocking company to work for no respect for experience or competence, only care about the 'old boys club'. Worst company I have every worked for. No respect for employees nor any ethical nor empathetic qualities what so ever.

At Skanska Learning and Development is a priority. There is a good working team culture with a vast range of skills and backgrounds. Overall Skanska is in a strong financial position giving more job security than other firms in the same industry during unprecedented time.

Cons

Skanska's biggest drawback is its lack of work life balance in project based roles. However, if you work in other departments this may not be the case.
