Unreliable shifts due to weather - can be let down last minute.

Very low morale. Lack of operational knowledge throughout, with no effective strategy or planning. No attention paid to visitor concerns (read Tripadvisor responses!) H&S is given little thought. Whole site is in need of attention, with many aspects fallen into disrepair, and no plan to resolve. Expect to work without a contract, with pay made by cash in hand. You may be required to work hours that contravene Working Time Regs. Favoritism is shown by team leaders with regards to rotas and areas of work. Management team seem unappreciated and unhappy. Pay is low. Essential equipment needed to perform role isnt replaced when required. The GM is generally uninterested in resolving problems
