Negative work atmosphere Racist tone Disrespectful communication towards entry level workers No room for advancement No one of color in upper level positions Denied the opportunity to advance No culture Workers treated unfair Workers are described by their race not their name No diversity in higher level positions Very much a confusing work atmosphere I witnessed 5 upper level employees quit within 6 months Scott H & Bradley A as well as Matt S all are not fit to be in the positions they are in. They choose to exclude people of color for engineering opportunities. I applied for an engineering role and had all the qualifications ( assoc degree, programming certification, experience in the role, etc.) they denied me and put me in a lesser role then hired someone white in that position. I re applied after six months working and they gave me the position then days later rescinded it and hired another white male for the same position.
