Pros

Team was great, mostly ambitious, highly-motivated and talented people.

Cons

This is a shell company which public image and operations are purely designed for two reasons: 1. To open doors to high-end events and C-suite circles for the CEO to act like a very important person. While she flies out to corporate events around the world boasting her nametag with the CEO title, her company is kept afloat mostly by young interns and hugely underpaid people without a pension plan or any benefits. 2: To have a toxic hierarchal power over her subordinates. Without exception, after a honeymoon period where employees are bombarded with her charm and compliments, the CEO will start subtly but surely setting them up for failure. Canceling on important meetings with high-profile clients on very short notice forcing a young, inexperienced employee to go alone, account for her absence and sometimes even have to negotiate pricing with C-level executives. Afterwards she'd blame them for an undesired outcome. Continuously harassing employees at any time of the day, by text or by phone, on their private number. Setting colleagues up against each other, by spreading gossip, gaslighting, manipulating and intimidating them, all with a charming smile. Purposely recruiting vulnerable employees and keeping them hostage through contractual loopholes. Driving multiple people into burn-out, then ridiculing them for it and spreading lies and gossip about why they left. Requesting non-existent documents to be sent immediately as if they were mentioned before, leaving employees stressing to create them and humiliating them in front of the team or gaslight them in private when they couldn't. Terrible pay for huge workload, expected use of personal devices with no compensation, no pension plan (or any benefits for that matter, insanely high turnover of both staff and clients. The CEO is the most on-the-nose example of a psychopath as a boss, just Google the telltale signs. For the sake of your mental health, do not work here.
