Connecticut Behavioral Health has an employee rating of 3.2 out of 5 stars, based on 20 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
The company does not care about you, transfer you when you advocate for yourself, lots of retaliation from the company, they do not support or protect you with anything related to the school you're at.
Consistent work, easy to pick up new clients and work as many hours as you want (beyond your normal 40 hour week) if driven to earn.
Cons
No opportunities to move up, was not looked at as an equal by management, spoken down to frequently in front of other employees. Not all management acted as such however, the top level of management was consistent with my claim, negative interactions 90% of the time, to most employees across all fields of expertise.
