      Pros

      Clear direction and growth, many talented people. The company is a good starting place with potential to be great. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Do more with less getting close to do everything with nothing! Leaders don't recognize or appreciate efforts. Long hours, constantly plugged in. No work life balance. Little room for advancement. Employee rating system and method needs improvement.

      They have a great benefit package and make an effort to address employee satisfaction.

      Cons

      Management neglected the department, had unrealistic expectations and let an abrasive micromanager cause a lot on conflict in the department.
