- Pay is not worth it, a lot of responsibilities for minimum wage
- Not allowed to take breaks, supposed to eat your lunch while you work. It is too busy to take breaks and not enough staff.
- Management is unprofessional
This was an easy training experience and it helped home my customer service skills.
Cons
The client I worked for was already more than 6 months behind with customer issues and it was up to the Customer Service Reps to de-escalate an already toxic situation, that is still ongoing.
- Working with a fun supportive team. Someone is always there when you need help.
- Lots of training manuals, videos, and quizzes. Something for every type of learner. Easy to understand.
- You get to work from the comfort of your own home.
- Lots of bonuses are given out monthly.
Cons
- Sitting down at a desk for periods of time.
- The employee benefits ended up paying for them but I did choose to get blue light glasses to protect my eyes from looking at a screen all day.
